The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency has awarded Butler Enterprise Group, LLC with two $1.6 million public outreach contracts. This company is currently connected to a federal indictment and alleged bridge-rigging scheme in which Butler allegedly agreed to submit fraudulent bids to the Department of Energy.
Larry Bush, the founder of San Francisco Friends and Ethics, argued that the SF government should temporarily suspend contracts awarded to those currently under investigation.
