Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
GCAP provides generous benefits including premium medical, dental, and vision coverage plans with a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA). GCAP covers 75% of employees monthly medical premiums AND 50% of employee deductibles!
GCAP is committed to making a significant contribution to our employee’s retirement savings. Our 401k plan currently consists of an employee contribution plan and an employer matching plan. A discretionary employer profit sharing plan is also available to employees.

Paid Time Off
We believe that quality time outside of the office is vital to our employees’ satisfaction at work. That is why our flexible PTO plan encourages team members to take time off so they can come back to work feeling refreshed. Eligible employees earn twenty-one (21) days of paid time off per year including three (3) days of sick time and seven (7) designated company holidays. Upon various employment milestones, employees may earn up to thirty-one (31) days of PTO per year!
