The SJCOG selected GCAP to conduct an organizational evaluation to build a foundation for a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive organization for  SJCOG staff and community. The Social Equity Planning Project includes assessing policies, programs, and practices that directly or indirectly impact staff and residents regarding their race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, color, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or other socio-culturally significant factors.
