Project Description
SJC sought professional consultant services to develop Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs and goals to report to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Project Role
GCAP's responsibilities include:
- Develop ACDBE Program and Goals (one for concessionaires and one for car rentals)
- Develop goals using the recommended Two Step approach in conformance with 49 CFR Part 26 and Part 23 Standards
- Facilitate consultative process with minority/women business groups, community organizations, etc.
- Assist with presentation of the goals to the airport commission and City Council
- Develop DBE Program and Goal
