Project Description
The City of Modesto selected GCAP to provide as-needed DBE Services.
Project Role
GCAP provides comprehensive DBE services including the following:
- Updating DBE program plan document
- Preparing FTA triennial overall DBE goal
- Performing shortfall analysis
- Reviewing and updating solicitation language
- Monitoring DBE participation on large and small contracts
- Completing the Semi-Annual Uniform Report
- Conducting outreach to DBEs
- Preparing monthly DBE reports
