Project Description
SFPUC selected Rosales Business Partners, LLC and GCAP Services, Inc., joint venture (RBP-GCAP) to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of its Racial Equity (RE) Plan.
Project Role
The RBP-GCAP team with the support of our subconsultants will perform the following services:
- Conduct internal equity assessment of recruiting, hiring, interviewing, pathways to promotion, succession planning, and more. Develop recommendations for improvement
- Conduct external equity assessment of existing programs and strategies including service provision, land use, contracting, budget, program evaluation, and more. Develop recommendations for improvement
- Develop a RE roadmap with timelines and metrics
- Support development of a project management framework to establish objectives and key results (OKRs), track progress, and measure performance
- Support employee engagement through surveys and interviews
- Develop and conduct Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) staff training
- Develop and conduct DEIB leadership and management training
- Create ongoing anonymous feedback platform
- Develop plan to meaningfully engage with and collect feedback from BIPOC, low-income communities, Limited English Proficiency populations, and communities most impacted by SFPUC's operations and infrastructure
