SBCTA selected HNTB as the prime contractor for their PM/CM services for emerging technology tunnel to Ontario airport project.
Project Role
GCAP was selected as a subcontractor by HNTB to provide comprehensive labor compliance services including the following:
- Review Certified Payroll
- Perform Jobsite Visits
- Conduct Apprentice Verifications
- Conduct Prevailing Wage Audits
- Maintain Compliance Files and Documentation
- Provide Technical Assistance on all Labor Compliance Matters
- Reporting
