Project Description
SANDAG selected GCAP services for another 5 year on-call contract to provide Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) consulting and supportive services.
Project Role
GCAP provides comprehensive support and staffing including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Developing overall DBE goals
- Providing pre-bid/pre-proposal/pre-SOQ assistance
- Conducting DBE outreach and event coordination
- Conducting DBE training workshops
- Developing DBE program procedures and training manuals
- Performing compliance monitoring and reporting
- Conducting GFE reviews
- Maintaining compliance tracking system
- Providing ongoing technical assistance related to DBE and SB programs
