Project Description
The City of Pasadena selected GCAP to provide On-Call Labor Compliance Services for capital improvement projects within the City.
Project Role
GCAP is responsible for the following tasks:
- Verify contractor DIR status
- Conduct jobsite interviews
- Present at pre-construction meetings
- Monitor certified payroll reports
- Monitor apprentice requirements
- Identify violations
- Perform project closeout
- Properly maintain project documentation
- Support City audits, as required
- Conduct labor compliance training, as needed
