Project Description
The Town sought a consultant to provide labor compliance services for the Heritage House project, a restoration project for one of the town’s longest standing historical buildings, located next to the Los Altos Town Hall. The Heritage House symbolizes the region’s architectural and agricultural beginnings, and once home to the Town’s first settlers, the Heritage House is presently a community center used for cultural and educational events.
Project Role
GCAP is providing labor compliance services for the project which includes ten (10) trades. Our work includes conducting the pre-construction meeting, auditing and reviewing certified payroll, providing technical assistance to contractors, conducting jobsite visits, monitoring Section 3 requirements, preparing HUD reports, and performing project closeout tasks.
