ACTC selected GCAP to provide a wide variety of contract compliance and equity support services.
Project Role
GCAP performs the following tasks:
- Project management
- Labor compliance
- Track and ensure LBCE and DBE program compliance
- Resolve LBCE and DBE program issues
- Conduct GFE reviews
- Support pre-bid/pre-proposal meetings
- Review, track, and process LBCE program certification applications
- Conduct site visits
- Develop and implement outreach plan
- Advertise for upcoming procurements
- Coordinate and participate in outreach events
- Facilitate networking and team building
