John Wayne Airport – Professional Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Services
Project Description
John Wayne Airport selected GCAP to provide DBE, SBE, and ACDBE program support in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23, Part 23 and 26.
Project Role
GCAP is responsible for the following tasks:
- Monitor and DBE/SBE performance and goal attainment
- Provide DBE/SBE status reports
- Develop project specific DBE and SBE goals
- Develop ACDBE goals
- Write DBE/SBE language in solicitations
- Ensure adequate outreach to DBE/SBE/ACDBE firms to maximize participation
- Assist with outreach to DBE and SBE firms
- Review SBE certification applications for eligibility
- Document instances of non-compliance
