Notice of Proposed Rule-Making for the Adoption of Small Business Certification Regulations for Public Works Purposes

The Department of General Services (DGS), Procurement Division, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS) propose revisions to the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 2, Division 2, Chapter 3, Subchapter 8, Office of Small Business Procurement and Contracts, Sections 1896 – 1896.22. These rules are commonly referred to as the Small Business (SB) certification regulations.
