May 18, 2015Caltrans is hosting public meetings to allow contractors to provide input on proposed DBE goal on FTA-funded projects for Fiscal Years 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2019, and 2018-2019.
Caltrans’ DBE participation goal is 6.95%. Caltrans projects that it will be able to meet 4.0% of its DBE goal through race- and gender neutral measures. The remaining 2.95% will be achieved through the use of race- and gender-conscious, such as DBE contract goals.
