The City sought a consultant to provide as-needed DBE Program services.
Project Role
GCAP performs the following services:
- Provides DBE Program updates
- Prepares semi-annual uniform reports
- Performs shortfall analysis and corrective action plans
- Conducts DBE trainings
- Develops contract-specific goals
- Conducts Good Faith Efforts (GFE) reviews
- Updates solicitation language
- Develops triennial DBE goal
- Participates in Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal meetings
