Project Description
The County of San Mateo selected GCAP to conduct a supplier diversity study to better understand their procurement strengths and gaps related to serving local, small, micro, and diverse businesses. The study will also provide the County with a better understanding of the types of small and diverse businesses that could benefit from the economic opportunities that the County generates.

- Availability analysis
- Utilization analysis
- Inclusive procurement disparity analysis
- Qualitative analysis and public engagement
- Remedy analysis and recommendations
- Final report and presentation to County staff and leadership
