North County Transit District (NCTD) - Keen Independent Research (Keen) - Disparity Study
Project Description
NCTD selected Keen as the prime contractor to conduct their Disparity Study. NCTD sought a consultant to conduct a comprehensive, legally defensible, and statistically sound disparity study in support of NCTD. The team was tasked with identifying whether discrimination or the effects of discrimination exist in the industries utilized by NCTD on its projects.
Project Role
GCAP was selected as a subcontractor by Keen to provide a variety of services including the following:
- Qualitative data collection and analysis
- Staff interviews, transcription, and analysis
- Provide input for study findings
