Project Description
MGL sought a consultant to provide LC and SB compliance monitoring services for the Iconic Freeway Structure Bridge, Rail Alignment, and Parking Structure projects (Phases 1 – 3).
Project Role
GCAP provided the following services:
- Developed project outreach strategy
- Created SB program requirements
- Performed monthly SB utilization assessments, monitoring, and reporting
- Conducted certified payroll reviews, issue resolution, and reporting
- Performed jobsite interviews
- Provided audit support
- Facilitated communication between prime contractor and subcontractors
- Developed Title VI program plan
