GCAP was selected as a subcontractor by PMA to provide comprehensive labor compliance services including the following:
- Reviewing Certified Payroll
- Performing Jobsite Visits
- Conducting Apprentice Verifications
- Conducting Prevailing Wage Audits
- Maintaining Compliance Files and Documentation
- Providing Technical Assistance on all Labor Compliance Matters
- Reporting
