GCAP has performed labor compliance support on over fifteen (15) task orders to date. Our team is responsible for monitoring prevailing wage activities for the prime and subcontractors, including review of certified payroll records, apprentice requirements, jobsite interviews, and all related submissions using LCPtracker. We are responsible for monitoring PLA-related apprentice requirements, scheduling jobsite interviews, managing all related documentation, and keeping all project files in an audit-ready format. GCAP also serves as the liaison between prime contractors and subcontractors to explain regulatory requirements, assist with issue resolution, research regulatory changes, and report findings to LA Metro.
