Project Description
GTrans selected GCAP to provide LC and DBE Program Consulting Services for the construction of a CNG Fueling Station at GTrans facility.
Project Role
GCAP is responsible for the following tasks:
- Enforce Davis Bacon Act, Copeland Anti-Kick Back Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act
- Communicate with DIR on behalf of GTrans when requests for job classifications are needed
- Provide labor compliance technical assistance to GTrans staff and contractors
- Conduct certified payroll reviews
- Identify prevailing wage discrepancies and violations
- Prepare labor compliance reports
- Conduct site visits
- Conduct pre-construction meeting
- Monitor DBE commitment and payments
- Conduct GFE reviews
- Review DBE subcontractor substitution requests
- Prepare DBE reporting
