Project Description
EDCO sought a consultant to provide labor compliance services for their Escondido Anaerobic Digestor project. The Escondido Anaerobic Digestor project has long-lasting impacts in allowing EDCO to continue producing and using natural gas to fuel its fleet of waste management vehicles and is eligible for an Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) tax credit.
Project Role
GCAP is providing prevailing wage and apprenticeship monitoring services to ensure compliance with IRA provisions. Our team is privileged to be working on this green and renewable energy project which promotes sustainability efforts in the Escondido area.
