Project Role
GCAP performs the following tasks:
- Project management
- Conduct pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
- On-site interviews
- Conduct certified payroll reviews
- Provide monthly reporting
- Document compliance violations
- Provide technical assistance to contractors
- Provide subject matter expertise to AVTA
