Paid Time off  

We believe that quality time outside the office is vital to our employees’ satisfaction at work. That is why our flexible PTO plan encourages team members to take time off so they can come back to work feeling refreshed.

Eligible employees earn twenty-one (21) days of Paid Time Off per year and upon various employment milestones may earn up to thirty-one (31) days of PTO.  PTO days include three (3) days of sick time and seven (7) designated paid holidays.

Paid Holidays

GCAP observes seven (7) paid holidays each year:

      1. New Year’s Day

      2. Memorial Day

      3. Independence Day

      4. Labor Day

      5. Thanksgiving Day

      6. Day After Thanksgiving

      7. Christmas Day



GCAP is committed to making a significant contribution towards each employee’s retirement savings. Our 401k plan currently consists of an employee contribution plan and an employer matching plan. A discretionary employer Profit Sharing Plan is also available to employees.
