Project Description
The City sought a professional services consultant to provide labor compliance monitoring and oversight services on their federally funded project, South El Camino Real Lane Configuration and Buffered Bike Lane Project from Avenida Mendocino to South City Limit.
Project Role
GCAP is performing the following services on this project:
- Perform State and Federal LCP-required duties
- Prepare and maintain LCP project files
- Assist the City, contractor, and subcontractor with the completion of required forms and documentation
- Collect and review CPRs to ensure compliance
- Perform job site interviews
- Prepare required reports
- Monitor and collect required forms for apprenticeship standards
- Monitor and report Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements
- Review contractor reports to ensure proper crediting of DBE participation
- Review and evaluate Good Faith Efforts documentation
- Monitor and ensure the performance of the prime contractor's Commercially Useful Function (CUF) evaluations
- Prepare all required documents and reports
