SCT sought a consultant to provide DBE compliance consulting services.
Project Role
GCAP performs a variety of services for SCT's DBE program:
- Review and update SCT’s DBE program plan document
- Develop semi-annual uniform report
- Develop shortfall analysis and corrective action plan (as needed)
- Develop contract-specific goals (as needed)
- Develop triennial DBE goal methodology
- Monitor contracts with DBE goals
