Project Description
SANDAG sought a consultant to assist with the implementation of an LCMS used to enter, review, monitor, and report on contractor and subcontractor certified payroll reporting and support all facets of labor compliance related activities.
Project Role
GCAP was selected to assist in the implementation of LCPtracker, SANDAG’s chosen LCMS. Our team provided configuration, monitoring, training, maintenance and general implementation oversight services. Tasks performed included:
- Project planning, scheduling, and management
- Interfacing with LCPtracker and SANDAG to identify and resolve issues
- Resource allocation
- Quality assurance
- Change management
- Providing labor compliance subject matter expertise
- General implementation services
- Labor compliance training
- Post implementation support and maintenance
