Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) – Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Supportive Services
Project Description
ITD selected GCAP to manage and facilitate their DBE Supportive Services program which provides supportive services to DBE firms interested in doing business with ITD.
Project Role
GCAP is responsible for the following tasks:
- Conducting technical workshops
- Providing bidding assistance
- Supporting bond education
- Providing one-on-one consulting on a wide variety of business topics based on DBE needs
- Hosting business development and leadership courses
- Assisting with business plan development or updates
