Changes in Reviewing Indirect Cost Rates of A&E Firms Contracting with Local Agencies

New processes have been implemented by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for reviewing Indirect Cost Rates of Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms contracting with local agencies. A&E firms will now be required to submit financial documents to support their Indirect Cost Rates.
