Are you a small business owner? Do you meet the criteria below? If so, this free informational workshop is for YOU! Learn how to become certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

DBE Criteria:

  • Personal net worth less than $1.32 million
  • Annual average gross receipts up to $23.98 million (based on three-year average)
  • Socially and economically disadvantaged as defined in the code of Federal Regulation 49 CFR Part 26.67
  • Meet the 51% ownership/operational control requirement
