April 19, 2017Caltrans Division of Local Assistance has released a Local Assistance Consultant Procurement Manual. This manual is available for local agencies to adopt as their own procurement procedures. Federal Regulation 23 CFR 172.5 requires all recipients of federal funds to adopt written policies and procedures for the procurement, management, and administration of engineering and design related consultant services.
The Consultant Procurement Manual only supplement LAPM Chapter 10 Consultant Selection.
