Paid Time off  

Whether it’s needed to attend to personal matters, vacation, extended illness, etc.  We believe that quality time outside the office is vital to our employees’ satisfaction at work. That is why our flexible PTO plan encourages team members to take time off so they can come back refreshed.

Eligible employees are able to earn up to 21 days of Paid Time Off per year and upon various employment milestones may earn up to 31 days of PTO.  PTO days include three (3) days of sick time and designated paid holidays.

GCAP is committed to making a significant contribution towards each employee’s retirement objective. Our 401k plan currently consists of an employee contribution plan and an employer matching plan. A discretionary employer Profit Sharing Plan is also available to employees.
