Valley Metro selected  Plante Moran as the prime contractor for their Consultant Services - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system project. GCAP was selected as a subcontractor to Plante Moran to provide a variety of ERP implementation support services. The project includes assessing Valley Metro's current computer information and accounting systems, identifying the computing needs of its users, developing a RFP for a new ERP system, evaluating the offeror's proposals, recommending a solution and managing the implementation.
