Project Description
The City sought qualified proposers to provide a range of technical assistance services to CORE Program participants. Technical assistance for equity applicants will help them acquire the knowledge and/or skills necessary in order to enter and successfully operate in the regulated cannabis marketplace.
Project Role
GCAP was selected as a subconsultant to Launch to administer the Mentor-Protégé Program which will connect protégé firms to mentors that will provide crucial business development and technical assistance. GCAP is providing CORE verification services to ensure that protégé firms meet the requisite criteria to enter the program as well as facilitating the matching of mentors with proteges. Our team members are also performing ongoing monitoring of mentor-protégé relationships to ensure that protégé firms receive the appropriate assistance needed to succeed.
