Caltrans selected BBC as the prime contractor for their FTA Disparity Study engagement. The goal of the study is to identify the existence and scope of discrimination, if any, and advise on whether there are "statistically" and "substantively" significant disparities, comparing socially and economically disadvantaged individual availability versus utilization, within the California transit and transit related operations, procurement, consultant services, and construction contracts.
