September 14, 2022Today the Department issued a 6-week extension for stakeholders to comment on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking NPRM issued on July 21, 2022. We encourage you to read the NPRM, paperwork burden estimates, and the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) in full and provide any comments by October 31, 2022.
