Project Description
LA Metro selected GCAP to develop and conduct a series of staff trainings to educate and develop core competencies to implement equity at Metro.
Project Role
GCAP will develop and conduct Equity 101 and Equity 102 trainings, including the following tasks:
Equity 101 training (Online/recorded training for 10,400 employees):
- Benchmarking and research best practices
- Develop training curriculum
- Develop in-training assessments/quizzes
- Storyboard and instructional design
- Learning Management System Integration
- Develop and send post-training survey
- Develop post-training discussion group protocol
- Facilitate discussion groups
- Develop and send post-discussion group survey
- Summary report
Equity 102 training (Live training for board staff, senior leadership, program managers, and project staff):
- Develop and conduct interviews for frontline workers
- Develop training curriculum
- Conduct live trainings
- Develop and send post training survey
- Develop train the trainer materials
- Conduct train the trainer trainings
