Project Name: The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) – Keen Independent Research (Keen) – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy

Project Description: OCTA selected Keen as the prime contractor for their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Strategy Project. OCTA is seeking to develop a working DEI definition and framework to create a unified vision that delivers equity in a consistent, effective, and structured manner to help guide the agency’s future. The Keen/GCAP team will create a DEI strategy.

GCAP’s Role: GCAP was selected as a subcontractor by Keen to provide a variety of services including staff interviews, transcription, and data analysis.
