Project Description: ACTC selected GCAP to provide a wide variety of contract compliance and equity support services.

GCAP’s Role: GCAP performs the following tasks:

  • Project management
  • Labor compliance
  • Track and ensure LBCE and DBE program compliance
  • Resolve LBCE and DBE program issues
  • Conduct GFE reviews
  • Support pre-bid/pre-proposal meetings
  • Review, track, and process LBCE program certification applications
  • Conduct site visits
  • Develop and implement outreach plan
  • Advertise for upcoming procurements
  • Coordinate and participate in outreach events
  • Facilitate networking and team building
