GCAP, in partnership with Business Development, Inc. (BDI) and James Trasportation Group (JTG), has been selected by Catrans to provide Disadvantaged Buisness Enterprise (DBE) Supportive Services in the Northern and Central California districts. The major focus of our program will be developing and delivering a training program to provide practical information and insight on various topics ranging from identifying project opportunities to successfully performing construction related projects. We will be conducting 10 modules a year, with each module consisting of 2 to 3 classes. We have two plan rooms; one in Sacramento and the other in the San Francisco Bay area. Our experienced consultants will be available to provide technical assistance to certified DBE firms on an as needed basis.
