| The California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) is
a "one-stop" shop certification process that will eliminate
the need for DBE firms to obtain certification from multiple agencies
within the state. The GCAP team is available to assist qualified firms
seeking DBE certification by:
1) providing brochures explaining the DBE program and regulatory
information pertaining to Federal-Aid transportation related project,
including highway and transit construction and consultant contracts
pertaining to architectural, engineering, and other related professional
and service contracts
2) providing assistance and instruction in completing the DBE certification
process.
